Comprehensive training for youth ages 11 - 15. All genders are welcome! Learn to safely care for children and build the necessary skills needed to babysit. Intro to CPR, providing emergency care, first aid, and choking response training. Diapering procedures, basic care routines, building play schedules, tips on engaging the community, and more. Participants who fulfill the requirements will receive a Child and Babysitting safety certification card. This course builds necessary skills and experience needed to work with the YMCA!
